i was given a notice to vacate by a company, yet the units mortgage is going up monthly and its up for auction on 6-8 to 6-28-09. were asking for proof of ownership to pay yet we were told that we have to move and wont receive our deposit or monies owed to us for doing our own labor on our apartment.
