If my ex has not paid child support in 2 years due to losing his job, now that he has a job can I get back child support?

Based upon what you have written, if your "ex" has not paid child support for more than two (2) years under an existing court order in place then you are entitled to seek back child support payments with accrued interest for what has not been paid under the laws of all states in this country.
