What to do if my doctor cancelled a procedure because of an unpaid balance?

When I received my statement it turns out they never billed my insurance. Once billed it was paid in full by the insurance company. Can I sue for malpractice and/or pain and suffering? The procedure was a pain relief procedure.

Hello. More details need to be known in order to provide appropriate legal advice.  I urge you to confer with an attorney in your state about the matter.

Some attorneys, myself included, will confer for free, at no charge. All the best to you.
