What to do if my daughter works as a bartender and has dispensed alcohol to an underage undercover agent?

The agent did wear a wristband issued by the bar, and the wristband was explicitly checked by my daughter. Now she has been asked to appear in court. What are her options?

I suggest that you daughter consult with a criminal defense attorney about the criminal charge that she is facing with respect to serving alcohol to a minor. Possibly she might be placed in the court's diversion program and if successful the charge could be dismissed with no conviction.
