If my daughter is an abusive living arrangement with her ex-husband and wants him to leave, what can she do?

They have a 4 year old son together. My daughter wants to end their relationship to end and has told him to leave but he refuses. I might add that he pays none of the living expenses and uses the money he earns in his job to fund his drug habit.

She needs to obtain a restraining order against the person and for her child. She needs to then meet with a woman's group to help her transition and find support, including housing and money. She cannot stay in this situation; for the sake of her child she needs to move forward.
