What are the chances of my father being deported if he was arrested for driving without a license and having a warrant issued for his arrest?

My dad was arrest in another state and was bailed out. They required him to go back to that state for court. He went and told the judge that he needed to pay $800 but my dad did not have the money. They wanted him to go back to that state again to pay, however he lost his job and house because of his arrest. He couldn’t afford to go to get back there let alone pay the $800. So they issued a warrant and arrested him and he was extradited. My dad is a permanent resident but he has an immigration hold on him.

You need to check the state law as to what kind of offense your father was charged. LPR can be deported if they are convicted of offenses that fall into deportable categories. You are not giving enough information in the question.
