What to do if my dad left me part of his estate with in a Will but the original was destroyed?
I have a copy and have access to the lawyer who wrote it. Do you think that I will I have a problem with this in probate?

You will need to file a petition into probate court to have the copy authenticated, and the attorney who prepared the will could be of assistance in the probate proceeding, inclusding the witnesses who witnessed the will. Don't delay, as the longer you wait, themore difficult the process can become.
