If my child was sexually abused by my late sister while in her care, can we sue her estate?

At the time my daughter was between the ages of 4-6. My sister died 2 years ago.

Please speak with a personal injury attorney about this matter as soon as possible.  While the issue of statute of limitations for the abuse is not an issue right now (there are extensions given the age of your daughter), my concern is a claim against the estate has a time limitation you need to worry about.  It is not an easy task but it can be done.  Please get help legally and emotionally along the way.  Good luck.
