What to do if my car was involved in an accident 2 months ago and it still has not been repaired?

This was not a body shop of my choice. The check that was issued was signed by somebody else.

If your car has been in the body shop for two (2) months post accident, you need to have a face to face meeting with the owner of the establishment to see what the status is on getting the car completely repaired and on the road.

Once done, send a confirming letter to him or her concerning the conversation. If the completion date comes and goes, you need to have another face to face meeting and if the meeting does not come up with answers to your questions that meet your satisfaction, making a complaint with your state's bureau of automotive repairs could be your next option against the repair shop.
