My car was hit in the parking lot of my workplace and there is video footage from the parking lot cameras, is there something I can do legally to get a copy of the video?

My company won’t let me see or have a copy of the footage.

In order to subpoena the footage, there would need to be some legal action ongoing.  You could sue your employer, claiming they failed to provide adequate security to safeguard your vehicle, and then subpoena the footage as part of your lawsuit.
