If my car is going to be repossessed, is there any paperwork I should get from the investigator on the case?

And does the investigator have the right to harass me and harass my employer?

If your vehicle is going to be repossessed and you are willing to do a voluntary turn over, I suggest that you simply contact the person who will be getting it and obtain a receipt for the transfer of possession dated and signed by the person who will be receiving it.

The investigator that you are writing about has no right to harass you or your employer concerning the repossession of your vehicle.
