If my business partner has locked all the passwords related to the business, how can I protect myself and have him reinstall all them?

He doesn’t want to give them back to me. I have no access anymore to anything.

You can sue him--that is, you can file a lawsuit seeking injunctive relief (a court order) requiring that he grant you access. One partner cannot lock the other out of a business that they both own; doing so is likely a violation of the fiduciary duty (or obligation) owed by each partner to the other partner(s). The problem is that if he will not voluntarily grant you access, a lawsuit is the only way to compel it; that is, there is no easier, quicker, or less expensive way to vindicate your rights other than through the courts.
