My brother scraped my car for me but kept the money what can I do

My car broke down near my
family’s house it was
unfixable.so we decided to
junk it when we went down
there to do it the scrap
yard was closed.so I asked
my brother to do it for me
and he agreed to send me
the money.well he spent it
and says too bad I have all
of our text back and fourth
about how much he got and
so on and so fourth

At this point, your only option appears to be to sue your brother in small claims court. So long as you have proof of your agreement (i.e. the texts, etc.), then you can make a good case for receiving the money due.
