that would depend on the parameters and conditions of his parole. What do they say? It is possible to have parole transferred from one state to another and if you wish that to happen I would suggest he get help to do so.  It is good if he starts the peg work himself.  Say he is required to complete a certain program.  He should research the program in the new state and see if he is eligible to take it there.  He must request transfer from his parole officer and the court will have the ultimate say  Good luck.
