My boyfriend has been out on parole for almost 4 years with no problem, recently was arrested and got a parole violation is there anything he can do

There were drugs found in the area and he was charged with intent to deliver, so his parole was violated is there any thing to do to fight this? He has been on minimum supervision with no problems for almost 4 years all fines were payed off early and has always made his reports and meetings to his parole officer.

Did he intend on selling? Were the drugs his? If yes, he is in a lot of trouble. His parole can be revoked, and any new charges or sentencing can be enhanced.

His best bet: try his public defender to negotiate/plea out or not be violated or hire a private criminal defense attorney at www.attorneypages.com and check his or her record at Arkansas State Bar.
