If my boss fired me bu gave no reason as to why and there were no repremands or write ups of any kind, can I report him to the labor board?

If you did not have an employment contract, you were an employee at will. An employee at will may be fired at any time, for any reason, without notice or prior write-ups or warning. So if you did not have an employment contract, what your boss did is legal.
