What you are stating is very serious. An attorney has an obligation to tell a client of all the offers made during the course of their case, whether it be a criminal case or a civil litigation matter. What you are saying is that the offers were never told to you and that the attorney rejected them on your behalf. Is this a court appointed attorney or a private attorney? Either way you have to fire him or her (technically called "discharge") and ask that either a new attorney be appointed or hire another. Tell the new attorney that there were offers made that were not passed on to you. Depending on the stage of the litigation he or she will know how to proceed. Good luck.
