If my 18 year old daughter was allowed to drink at a local bar and was arrested for DUI after the bar, do I have grounds for a law suit?

If for no other reason to shut them down. The was a whole group of girls and none were of age

You do not per se have standing for bringing a lawsuit against the local bar for serving under age people alcohol and allowing your daughter to get arrested later for a DUI in the civil arena under the laws of most states in this country. Rather the matter would be a criminal case for the district attorney's office to bring against the local bar for serving people alcohol who were under age.
