Must all wills be probated in Texas?

My husband died all property passed to
me. Must I have will probated?

It is hard to say "yes" or "no"without knowing more of the facts here but only the party that has been appointed by the court as the fiduciary or personal representative of the estate may transfer property.  So then the estate must go through Probate and if there is a WIll then yes, it has to be submitted.  Good luck.
