Mtg co to pay taxes sent wrong check to tax bureau my house was foreclosed on didn’t even know till someone came to say they bought it.

Do I have nany recourse. They did 0pay some of the $ but not all. They admit some fault and have offered me a small settlwement of 20,000 but house worth 130,000 equity pd into it 60,,000 I knew I owed $ so I took appropriate measures to have this taken care of. They insist I am two blame. Should I go to court or settle for such a small amt of what I put into it.

You need an attorney.  It sounds like the mortgage company is to blame, at least to some degree, and you should not lose your house for their error.  If you think your have the papers which indicate their mistake, don't settle.  Let a lawyer negotiate the path for you, and include the costs for the him or her as well.
