Is there risk of forfieting my rights to property if I move out before filing for divorce?

Moving out of the martial home prior to a divorce being finalized is never advised. Basically although it is uncomfortable unless there is a risk of harm to you by staying I would advise to stick it out while the divorce goes through
of course you will have to hire an attorney so what I would suggest is doing this and asking the attorney who will represent you to provide their opinion on this matter. if they say its ok than you may be able to do so but it would be best not to move at least until you consult with your lawyer regarding that possibility
