How do I obtain my late mom’s Will?

My mom passed away and her husband won’t provide a copy of her Will. The courts show no records of it.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Are you sure that there is a Will?  Some times if people want their estate to be inherited just as the intestacy statute (when you die with out a Will) indicates they do not have one drawn.  But if you are sure of the matter then I would think about hiring an attorney to send a letter out demanding that the Will be offered for probate.  If there is no estate probated then you can file to be appointed yourself and take action.  Good luck.
