How can I file a quick and inexpensive divorce?
My wife abandoned the relationship; I have no idea where she is. I would
like to file a domestic partnership with someone else.

In an unconsted divorce scenario, since your wife is nowhere to be found, you will most likely be granted a divorce by default since she will more than likely not answer the divorce complaint. Here is a link to a site that will expalin this further:

Also, since your spouse is missing, you will first need to serve her via something known as "service by publication". Again, the above listed site should explain this as well.
