If I have a beer that is homemade that I would like to market and sell, what doI have to do legally to do so?

If I go to bbrwery and have them make and package it, what on my end needs to be done?

Unfortunately, it is *not* necessarily that easy. To sell liquor, including beer, you need the appropriate liquor license--and there are different ones for on-premises sales (e.g. a restaurant that's also a microbrewary), wholesale, etc. If the brewary will sell your homebrew recipe as if it were their own--under their own name and their own license--then what you propose would probably work, though it must be  under their name and license; you'd just be providing a recipe, presumably in exchange for some compensation. However, if you want them to "private label" it for you--to manufacture and bottle it for you to sell under your name--then you would need the liquor license.
