What can I take with me when I leave rented property?

I have been living in my mobile home on rented 1/3 acre land and now want to move. Can I take my bricks, fence and bushes with me? I’ve done a lot of work here because when I moved in it was just dirt.

The items which are attached to the real property are called fixtures.  Whether or not you can remove these items depends on the nature of the item and its attachment to the property, and whether or not removal will cause damage to the property.  You may be able to remove the bushes and the fence without damaging the property.  If the bricks are part of a building, removing them might not be possible without causing damage to the property.
