Who can sign a lease on the owner’s behalf?
I own a property management business. I have personally been signing all lease
agreements myself, however I wish to have my assistant sign the lease agreements. Is this legal for her to execute the documents?

Yes, it is legal so long as your business (e.g. your LLC or corporation) was authorized to sign leases: as a representative of her company, you, as the owner/manager of the property management business, can authorize her to sign.
If the business is not an LLC or corporation, and the property owner authorized *you* personally sign for the owner, then the owner would have to authorize the assistant; as long as he/she does, however, it will be legal.
