my father has lived on an island for 70 years,his sister was left the land she passed away,now her husband has the land,is there anyway to get it back in the family,to my father?

No, NOT unless there was  a will or trust document to the contrary.  Your aunt and father had parents.  Parents left it to the sister.  Parents died and sister got it.  Sister died, and yes, it goes to her husband.
