I have a small home-based business S-Corp with me as the only person working
it. Am I counted as an employee and therefore would I need to post a compliant
labor law poster at my house?

Business owners who are sole employees need not display labor law posters. Such poster need only be dislayes if there are other non-owner employees.

No, business owners--even if they are also actual employees (e.g. paid a regular wage or salary, on a form W2)--do not have to have the labor law posters put up. Only if there is a non-owner employee would you need the poster.
