If you believe (as would be reasonable to believe) that the tire was put on incorrectly, and/or that the axle was damaged by whomever put the tire on, you could sue the repair/tire shop that attached the tire for the cost of any damage to your truck, for any medical costs (e.g. if you were injured and went to the hospital), and for other directly related out of pocket costs, like towing, or renting a replacement vehicle for a short time while your truck is reapaired.
You liability insurance will not help you with your own costs or damage; it protects you from being used by other people for accidents you cause.
