March 09 I was placed on one-year probation for receiving/accepting brass knuckles from another student at school. I am 15-1/2 yrs. old. I had been complying with my probation conditions, but slipped last week & smoked pot. Two days later, my DPO called and wanted to meet today (June 11). I panicked knowing I was going to be **** tested & tried to pass fake urine as mine. My parents were called iin & informed of my violation. She asked when was the last time I did something. I told her I smoked last week. She took the urine & said she wanted me to come in next week for another drugtest.

probation is a very individualized area. While on probation a person is not automatically allowed to leave a certain area and being allowed to do so is a decision to be made by the parole officer. I cannot tell you what will happen but know the slip with the drugs will not have helped and probably worse was the attempt to defraud the system with the fake urine.
At this point you need to simply ask the officer if you will be allowed to leave, if a parent or someone else can be held responsible etc. it is not a guarantee and they can say no, especially because its out of the country.
If you are denied you can look to hire a lawyer on your behalf. They may not be able to do anything but at the same time you can at least speak to them to see if there may be a caveat of law i am unfamiliar with because I don't practice in CA that will allow you to attend the wedding.
