Is there someone I can speak with in regards to filing bankruptcy and possible business scam. I have absolutley no funds avaliable.

I moved to Florida 10/07 lasted till 02/09.  I spent all of my savings, CD, 401k trying to survive and also supporting my boyfriend who got us involved in doing REO’s with the banks. He has told me that he closed on 3 different deals..none of which have paid us our commisions. Meanwhile I have not been able to pay any of my bills since 04/08. I only work part time right now and am literally living day by day. My ex-boyfriend has told me one of the deals, which has a large commision has gone through the courts and have been ordered to pay us. I have not seen any monies nor do I have any documentation

If money is an issue try legal aid.  Also, if there is a law school near you, they have legal clinics that might well be able to help you out with this.

Best of luck.
