Unless there is a statute or local ordinance in place limiting what the rent for a pet can be for a residential rental, my understanding is that the landlord can charge whatever a willing tenant is willing to pay for his or her pet.
My experience is that I have never seen any limitations for rent for a pet per month that can be placed by a landlord.
