Is there a law regarding the duration of time a seller has to present property disclosures to the buyer once they have agreed on a sale?

The seller and the buyer mutually agreed on a sale of real property. The seller indicated on the MLS print out that they had completed property disclosures. They will not provide them as requested.

There is no set or hard-and-fast timeframe. But having checked that disclosures were complete when they have not either done or provided them is fraud: a material misrepresentation, or important lie. Fraud would provide grounds to back out of the sale and get any earnest money back. You could tell the seller to provide them within, say, two days or you will cancel the sale.
