Is there a complaint I can file regarding this

I was terminated from my employer today. An
employee who still works there called and left a
negative message towards me regarding getting
fired. I feel this is harassment as he was involved in
the hr investigation that resulted in my getting fired

Unless your termination violated the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, you were an at will" worker. This means that you could have been fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. The fact is that a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
