Is there a certain percentage due to an executor of a Will?
I was the executor for my mother’s Will and now that her home is sold and
everything is done, what amount is due to me?

In WI, the fee due to the executor of a Will is 2% of the value of the estate. That having been said, the amount of compensation may be defined within the Will itself. A testator (i.e. the person who makes the Will) is free to write a specific amount of compensation for whoever acts as the executor. The fee is usually a percentage of the estate but may also be a set sum or even a gift of the estate property. An executor is also typically entitled to reimbursement for their out-of-pocket expenses in addition.
