Is my ex entitled to any proceeds of a book that I published while we were still married?

We have no settlement in divorce agreement. Can he try and get proceeds 2 years after our divorce?

Why were your assets not discussed and divided as per equitable distribution?  If the proceeds from book was income earned during your marriage then it was an asset of the marriage and yes, he is entitled to his equiatble share of the proceeds. Arguably the monies earned after the action was commenced are not subject to distribution.  Seek help please.
