In theory yes, but without the specifics of the case it's hard to say more.
First off, what was the crime? Was it violent or non-violent? Was it a sex-related offense? Do you have a good conduct record in prison? Do you have any other convictions? Does your sentence carry a mandatroy incarceration period?
Parole is a discretionary matter. It's up to the parole board to say for sure.
