Is it necessary to hire a lawyer for 3 misdemeanor counts?

I am going to court for 1.false info to police officer, 2. fake id to enter bar and 3.drinking as a minor. Is it necessary for me to hire a lawyer? Or will a court appointed lawyer to enough to dismiss these cases?

You can only get a court-appointed lawyer if you can't afford to hire one yourself.  If you can afford to hire one, you should.  One place to look for qualified attorneys is our website, http://attorneypages.com

I'm not an Arizona lawyer, but my research suggests that the underage drinking charge could cost you your driver's license for up to 180 days, among a number of possibilities.  The three charges together could add up to a mess.  You need a defense lawyer, who has all the facts of your case, to give you reliable advice about your rights, your options and your exposure.

Laws may vary from state to state, and sometimes change. Tiny variations in the facts, or a fact not set forth in a question, often can change a legal outcome or an attorney's conclusion. Unlike the information in the Answer(s) above, upon which you should NOT rely, for personal advice you can rely upon we suggest you retain an attorney to represent you.
