Do not be foolish here.  Mistakes are made and people may have personal agendas that do not favor your.  Get estate counsel to review all documentation before signing anything.

It would be advisable to have an attorney review the trust and discuss its provisions and your inheritance with you before you sign it because once you sign, you will be bound by the provisions of the trust and may inadvertently sign away your rights.
