Under the laws of all states in this country one can sell any article at any desired price legally so long as the buyer is advised (preferably in writing) as to all material conditions affecting desirability and price paid. In your matter, I suggest that you state in writing that the morotcylce has salvage title and try and get the most that you can for it.
