Is it legal to offer commerical real estate agents/brokers referral fees or commisions to refer their clients to my office furniture business?

I am not aware of any law that says you cannot do that.  You are basically giving the public an incentive to refer people to yu for business.  I however, do not know the broker fee laws in FL as to whether they are only allowed to deal with real estate, but your business should be able to give promotions and rewards to people that give you business.  I do not see the problem however it is a bit unorthodox.
