Is it legal for my employer to cut time off of my check?

Last week, our end-of-week report stated my hours worked at 19.34 hours. When I received my check this past Friday, my hours were shown as 19.00. This has happened with multiple checks, to myself and multiple co-workers, and we want to know if this is legal.

No, this is most definitely not legal. All work time mst be paid time. I assume that you have already discussed this with you employer. Accordingly, at this point you and your co-workers need to report this to your state's deparmtent on labor. Additionally, you should also directly consult an employment law attoreny as to this situation.
