Under the laws of all states in this country an employer is required to post in a conspicuous area at work the dates when pay is to be made and abide by such. If you are to get paid every Friday and the employer makes a switch without advising all employees in writing beforehand, such is not proper. Your recourse in such a situation would be to consult with the local department of labor about the problem if your supervisor does not adequately address your concerns.
