If the surveillance footage of you while intoxicated depcited you in a public area (not inside your rental), then under the laws of all states in this country, there is nothing illegal with respect to the security guard in your apartment complex showing such to a third person.

When one is depicted in a public area doing something that he or she is somewhat embarrassed about, there is no justifiable expectation of privacy of showing such to a third person based upon what you have written.
