is it discrimmination or harrasment for my job to contact my part time job and request my schedule

I work full time for one hospital and part time at another. recently a co worker disclosed my schedule and some days over lapped. my full time employer called my part time and requested my schedule. is that legal?

Absent some sort of confidentiality agreement, there is no legal prohibition against a current employer contacting a worker's former employer. Whether or not your ex-employer chooses to give out information regarding you is strictly up to them.

It is perfectly legal: any person (or business) may ask any other person (or business) anything they like unless there is some nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement restricting them. Your part-time empoyer does not need to comply with the request, any more than a friend or signfiicant other would have answer a question about you, but it is legal for the full-time employer to ask and it would be legal for the part-time employer to answer, if they chose.
