The only way to end the loan that you have with respect to the vehicle that you are writing about that is presumably not of the quality that you thought it was is to cancel (rescind) the purchase of the vehicle. To do so there has to be a legal basis for doing so such as fraud by the seller or mutual mistake which are legal terms.
From what you have written, it seems that you should consult with an attorney that practices law in the area of motor vehicles to further assist you with your matter.
