Is it against the law to rent your house to an undocumented immigrant?
If you’re not sure an applicant’s legal status, can you rent your house to the person without any legal problem?

I would check with a local attorney regarding this matter, only becuase some states - such as Texas - who have a large poplulation of illegal immigrants have passed laws banning a property owner from renting to some one with an undocmented status. There could also be laws dealing with so called "drop houses" for illegal immigrants. Good luck.
