Is it a crime for my estranged wife to cancel me from our joint car insurance policy?

This was without my consent. Also, is it illegal for said person to use my personal information without my consent to buy another insurance policy?

It is not a crime per se for your estranged wife to cancel you from your joint car insurance nor is it illegal to use your personal information without your consent to buy another insurance policy. Based upon what you have written about, you should consult with a family law attorney. One can be found in your locality via attorneypages.com.
