Generally speaking, yes. The mediation should close with a signed agreement or if attorneys are representing the parties the attorneys will commit to ending the lawsuit with a formal settlement and release agreement. Then the plaintiff's attorney will prepare the agreement and send it to the defendant's attorney to review for accuracy. Now, changes to agreements can come when there are changes in circumstances that warrant it. The agreement will be incorporated in to the order of divorce. Ask your attorney. Good luck.
