Involved in a accident and both was at fault.

I was involved in a accident and the
state highway patrol said that we were
both at fault, now the other person is
threating to sue. Should i be worried?

The state highway patrol's opinion is not binding in court: it can be evidence of who was (or was not) at fault, but a court could easily decide that whatever the highway patrol said, you were at fault and the other driver was not--in which case, the court would find against you and order you to pay money. So if you are in fact sued, you need to  take the lawsuit very seriously, regardless of what the highway patrol said.
